Guider Store sells digital goods (PDF test banks, study guides and solution manuals) that are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
Digital goods
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final. However, we want every customer to receive exactly what they paid for, so we provide refunds or replacements in these cases:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not download, and we cannot resolve it.
- The product materially does not match its description (for example, the wrong edition or ISBN).
- You were charged more than once for the same item.
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Subscriptions & cancellations
We do not currently sell subscriptions. If this changes, cancellation terms will be stated at checkout and here.
Restocking fees
No restocking fees apply to digital goods.
